CUSTOM TRANSFER/CHARGE PUMP TRAILER

Our custom built transfer/charge pump trailer boasts a movement speed of 100 GPM. This is made possible by the QSX 11.9 Cummins open power units, 24V electrical system and Gorman Rupp 10 x 8 centrifugal pump. Our design utilizes a 12” STD wall pipe that feeds to 12 separate discharge manifolds. Standard operation is limited to 125 degrees ambient temperature, but this limitation is combated by the suction cooling system that comes standard. For cleanout and inspection purposes, the outlets can be rotated down 22 degrees.

This beast was mounted to a 22 foot trailer which has a 2” kingpin at the 50” fifth wheel height. It has tandem 20,000 lb axles that pair nicely with the air brakes and Ridewell air ride suspension. We also included 12V DOT approved work lighting to illuminate the manifolds.
