HIGH-PRESSURE CHEMICAL PUMPING TRUCK

This high pressure chemical pumping unit offers a 10,000 PSI max through a Triplex high pressure pump. The schedule 40 steel pipes and fittings are internally coated for acid service to ensure that there are no issues when it comes to corrosion or damage. Both the charging pump and mixing pump used for this unit are hydraulic driven. However, there is auxiliary transmission to drive the main Triplex pump.

The mixing tub has a capacity of 2.5 barrels and is also internally coated for acid service. Tiger’s design features full-length steel fenders, 4” square tubing headache rack, Chiksan rack and much more.
